REFOUND POLICY
No refunds unless required by law. Returns other than faulty goods
can be made only in the country of purchase(Slovenia),
within 7 days. Returned objects must be in original condition
and must not have been used or altered.
All tags must remain in place.

The items are of high quality and no faults or damage is to be expected. In case an item getting damaged during transport, it is cheaper and easier to fix with a local wood-worker than to ship back because of high shipping prices to some areas, we cannot accept refunds. But you can always contact us for consultation or advice of any kind regarding sent packages and we will do our best to help.
